The service. Maestro is a restaurant management and ordering platform operated by Al-Atrakchy Company. By using the platform or ordering through its channels you agree to these terms.

Orders. An order placed through the e-menu or messaging channels is an offer to purchase and becomes binding once the restaurant confirms it. Prices and availability are as shown at order time, including any stated delivery fee. The restaurant may decline or cancel an unconfirmed order.

Acceptable use. Abuse of the platform — including fake orders, impersonation, or attempts to disrupt the service — is prohibited.

Liability. The service is provided as-is; Al-Atrakchy Company is not liable for failures beyond its reasonable control (such as nationwide connectivity outages).
